Terms of use
Last updated 2 November 2026. These terms cover tidyrecon.io.vn and the TidyRecon browser application.
What TidyRecon is
TidyRecon is browser-based software for cleaning and reconciling exported files (such as CSV, Excel, and JSON). It is self-serve software you run in your own browser. It is not a consulting service, bookkeeping service, or a promise that we will reconcile your books for you.
Plans and licenses
Free use is limited as described on the site (including row and file limits). Paid plans (Solo, Pro, Team) are sold as software subscriptions with license keys fulfilled by Lemon Squeezy. Team is limited to five seats as described in the product materials. You may not share a license beyond the seats allowed for your plan, or resell keys without our written permission.
After purchase, you activate the key at /license. Keep your key confidential. We may refuse or revoke access if a key is abused or obtained fraudulently.
Your files and responsibility
You are responsible for the files you open in the app, for checking results before you rely on them, and for complying with laws that apply to your data (including personal data of your customers or staff). TidyRecon does not replace professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attack, scrape abusively, or disrupt the website or app
- Misrepresent affiliation with TidyRecon
- Use the service for unlawful activity
- Attempt to bypass plan limits or license checks by dishonest means
Payments
Payments for paid plans are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Buyer terms, taxes on the sale, invoices, and chargebacks are handled under Lemon Squeezy’s terms and policies. Subscription renewals and cancellations follow the checkout and customer portal flows Lemon Squeezy provides.
Availability
We aim to keep the site and app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as we improve the product. Major limit changes for paid plans will be described on the site when we make them.
Disclaimer
The software and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TidyRecon and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for decisions you make based on reconciliation results. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid for the paid plan in the three months before the claim or (b) fifty US dollars (USD 50), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Vietnam have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. If you need a different governing-law clause for your business, contact us before relying on a custom contract.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If you continue using the service after an update, you accept the revised terms.
